The idea for the Cottages at Cardinal Hills is to create a new, intimate neighborhood of smart, beautiful designed high-performance homes that fit and feel just right. The plans are designed for the way people really live – with a focus on convenience, energy efficiency, connected living, beauty and value.
We have a thoughtful site amongst mature trees, within a short walk to downtown Wake Forest. Each home will have generous living space and expansive front porches that face a common area, connected walkways and gardens for all to enjoy. We are currently working with the Town of Wake Forest on rezoning the property located at 850 Wait Ave to create a pocket neighborhood. See site plan below. A pocket neighborhood celebrates the natural environment, fosters a sense of community, and encourages social interaction. It is a beautiful space in a sought-after town, thoughtfully built to be loved and enjoyed for generations. It's a place that nurtures the soul.
