Be inspired.

Own a home that inspires—and empowers you to live well, yet lightly… to connect with others…and to enjoy open spaces, beautiful details and a simpler way of life.

Cottage Homes are filled with spirit and happy informality, something that’s often missing from today’s cold, oversized mansions. All of the wasted space so common in today’s traditional “big box” houses has purposely been designed out of our Cottage Homes. We have worked hard to make them functional for the everyday.  Whether hosting a small dinner party, a family gathering, or spending some quiet time alone – Cottage Homes live large.

Our small-footprint homes are new, yet embody the authentic styling, detailed architectural elements, charm, and character of homes built in a different era. They are homes worthy of passing down to future generations.

In developing a realistic overall budget for the project, Cottage Homes projects the site cost involved then calculates the home cost. You help select a style and materials. Checking off a list of options for your home makes it easier to get to a set price that you can afford without hidden costs.
